Check Order and Delivery Status

Order Status

You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your payment has processed. If you do not see the email in your Inbox, you may want to check your Spam/Junk folder.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Zellie's account. You may log into your account here: Zellie's Account Login

Delivery Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with an order tracking link. If you do not see the Shipping Confirmation email in your Inbox, you may want to check your Spam/Junk folder.
