- We are unable to accept returns of opened items due to food-safety restrictions. However, please contact Customer Support because our goal is to help you find the product that suits you best.
- Opened Bulk Bags are not eligible for refunds. We kindly ask that you purchase a Jar size to find your preferred flavor.
- Requests for a return, exhange or refund must be made within 30 days of purchase date
- Refunds may take up to 14 days once a return has been received and processed
- Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds
