Order Fulfillment and Shipping Timelines
Order Fulfillment Timeframe
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–3 business days.
Our fulfillment center operates Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. CST and is closed on Fridays, weekends, and most major holidays.
- Orders placed Monday–Thursday are fulfilled within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed Friday–Sunday will be fulfilled beginning the next business day that the fulfillment center is open.
- Orders are not fulfilled or prepared for shipment on holidays or during unexpected interruptions that may affect our operations.
Order Shipping Timeframe
Shipping and delivery timeframes shown at checkout begin after your order has been fulfilled. They do not include the 1–3 business days required to fulfill your order.
Please keep the following in mind:
- Estimated delivery dates are based on the postal carrier’s operating hours (generally Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- All delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Actual transit times may vary based on the carrier's operations, volume, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond Zellie's control.
- Zellie's does not offer expedited shipping. Selecting a faster shipping method does not shorten our 1–3 business-day fulfillment timeframe.
Tracking Information
- Once your order has been fulfilled, we prepare the package with its shipping label, and it is picked up by the postal carrier at the end of the business day.
- It is normal for there to be a period of time between the creation of a shipping label and the package's first tracking scan. Although your package has been fulfilled and handed over for carrier pickup, the carrier may not scan the package immediately. Individual packages may be scanned at different points in the carrier's handling process according to their operating procedures.
Order Issues & Unexpected Delays
If there is an issue with your order that prevents us from fulfilling or shipping it, Zellie's Customer Support will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
If we do not receive a response within 4 business days, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
