- Please note that although most mail-forwarding businesses are trustworthy, unfortunately we have had experiences with some companies who make false claims about incomplete or missing orders. For orders using a third party mail-forwarding service, please note that the following conditions apply:
- We will not issue partial or full refunds for packages that were recorded as delivered by the postal carrier service used (either USPS or UPS) to the shipping address provided by the customer.
- We will not issue refunds or replace products that are missing from the package after the order leaves our shipping facility as a fulfilled order.
- If a fulfilled order is tampered with after leaving our facility, we will discontinue fulfilling future orders to the customer located at the billing and/or shipping address, as well as to the mail-forwarding business address that was used.
