International Shipping Options and Policies

Options

Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States. Please consider the following options:

  • Teeth For Eternity, which offers many of the products from the CMCS to a variety of European countries
  • Healthy Kiwis, which distributes Zellie's products in New Zealand and Australia
  • Third party mail-forwarding business (please see policy and shipping exclusions below)
  • We anticipate being in Amazon UK and Amazon Canada in the future. We will make that announcement via our newsletter.

Third Party Mail-forwarding Business Policy

Please note that although most mail-forwarding businesses are trustworthy, unfortunately we have had experiences with some companies who make false claims about incomplete or missing orders. If you choose to order through a mail-forwarding company, we strongly encourage you to thoroughly vet them before engaging in business with them. For orders using a third party mail-forwarding service, please note that the following conditions apply:

  • We will not issue partial or full refunds for packages that were recorded as delivered by the postal carrier service used (either USPS or UPS) to the shipping address provided by the customer.
  • We will not issue refunds or replace products that are missing from the package after the order leaves our shipping facility as a fulfilled order.
  • If a fulfilled order is tampered with after leaving our facility, we will discontinue fulfilling future orders to the customer located at the billing and/or shipping address, as well as to the mail-forwarding business address that was used.

Shipping Exclusions

Dr. Ellie's Complete Mouth Care System and the Travel Kit System can not be shipped internationally, even through a mail-forwarding business, due to restrictions on some of the mouthwash products. If you are interested in Dr. Ellie's program, below are some helpful resources and suggestions:

  • Explore Dr. Ellie's Amazon Storefront in case you can order directly from there or from your country’s Amazon site if that is an option for you.
  • View details about the CMCS products (on the Complete Mouth Care System web page) and then try to find them in your area.
  • Register for Dr. Ellie’s Oral Health Bootcamp to learn additional strategies to improve oral health.
  • Explore Dr. Ellie's YouTube videos to learn additional strategies to improve oral health.
  • Consider incorporating the Miswak stick into your oral health routine, which Dr. Ellie discusses in a TikTok video and offers on her Amazon Storefront.
