Beyond what is legally required, Zellie's proudly uses a certified third-party lab to test each lot of xylitol mints and gum multiple times before, during and after the manufacturing process for mold, heavy metals, toxins and trace contaminants, including unregulated ones.
All of our mints and gum are tested to be significantly more pure than required by FDA and Prop 65 heavy metal, solvent, and contamination limits for supplements, as well as for candy.
Microbial testing is conducted regularly to ensure cleanliness and product safety during production.
