Please note that if you created or used a Shop or Shop Pay account, some of your information may also be stored directly with Shopify.

Because a Shop Pay account is a direct relationship between you and Shopify, merchants cannot delete this information on a customer's behalf. This is an important privacy and security measure designed to help protect your personal information.

To ensure your information is fully removed from these accounts, and any saved payment details are deleted, Shopify recommends using the following secure resources:

These resources allow you to securely manage your privacy preferences and submit a request directly to Shopify to erase any personal information they maintain.
