Studies recommend 6.5-10 grams daily to achieve the maximum dental benefits of xylitol. For people with oral health issues, the more frequency and dosage, the more benefits for your teeth. However, studies show that at 10 grams or more per day, you will reach a plateau effect, where increased amounts do not make your mouth any healthier.
